The data collected will be communicated to the following recipients only: technical department of Effica CD and the organization organizing the event (meeting, congress, course or seminar) in which you participate, mentioned during your connection. This organization mandated Effica CD to use the sendmycom.net online platform.
Data are kept by Effica CD via sendmycom.net for a period of 30 days from the end date of the event (meeting, congress, course or seminar) in which you participate.
Processing concerning the organizations' space
Effica CD collects information about your organization when it registers on the sendmycom.net platform in the organizations’ space.
The data collected will be communicated to the following recipients only: technical and commercial departments of Effica CD and authorized internal stakeholders.
Data are kept for a period that may not exceed 12 months, unless there is an advance request to delete the data.
